Secondly laughter increases the production of T-cells, antibodies and natural killer cells (defence cells that attack foreign material in our bodies), these cells increase the likelihood that infections will be attacked and removed from the body.
2.eat less carbs. Carbohydrates, oh how I love thee but once it’s converted to glucose, fructose (fruit sugar), maltose (grain sugar) and honey (a mixture of glucose, fructose, sucrose and dextrin) which causes blood glucose to spike and puts extra stress on the pancreas and immune system. Too much glucose is bad in that it reduces our white blood cells ability to ingest and kill off invading bacteria.
