Mandy, a friend of mine, is really taking control of her health. She is working out each day, and eating a clean diet. I admire her dedication and strength. From Mandy : “Its just 6oz. of liquid protein (I use Bolthouse chocolate), 1/2 cup fresh fruit, 6 mini carrots, 3 (2″ long pcs.) Celery cut up, 6 kale leaves and ice. Blend. I make this in a single serving blender. ”
