The Gluten Free Bodybuilder- A New Meaning To Clean Eating.

Before & AfterThe art of eating clean follows a certain diet if that is not restricting enough by itself, the gluten sensitive body builder faces another set of challenges. The gluten free clean diet requires wheat free foods. I have found some favorites that I have used over the years. Enjoy!

Although oats are not a part of the wheat family, oats are processed with wheat and highly contaminated with wheat. I have never found any other gluten free oats on the market. Click on image for details.

Believe it or not, it is very difficult to find gluten free protein powder. Again, because of processing, the whey could contain wheat. I have used this protein for years. It comes in many flavors and taste delicious. I use it in smoothies and baking. Click on image for more details.

Quest bars are no strangers to bodybuilders. They taste amazing, common in every flavor under the sun, and the bonus is they are gluten free. Click image for more details.

The trick with brown rice is making sure it is not processed in a wheat packaging facility. I have found it difficult over the years to find brown rice that is gluten free. Click image for details.
