Easy Tips For Growing Plants In A Container

I love this idea! It is truly the best of both worlds for gardeners.  It is the ease of container growing with the benefits of plants being a part of the landscape.  I find container growing is easier to maintain.  You could simply pull out the pots for watering and fertilizing, without the hassle of moving a hose, or wasting water in run off.  I like the idea that I can control how the plants grow in my garden. It allows for maintaining garden designs.

Is Your Dishwasher Trying To Kill You

dishwasher

This article highlights the importance of cleaning your dishwasher.  Like any area that has continuous moisture, the dishwasher is a breeding ground for bacteria and yeast.  The great news is simply cleaning the dishwasher with vinegar and baking soda does the trick.  I have long used vinegar to clean just about everything from wooden floors to inside of the microwave. Nothing cleans quite like white vinegar. It is safe and very affordable!
